How does Tivora handle my data?
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in US-based data centers, and never sold or shared with third parties. We maintain full compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable US privacy regulations.
What types of emails does Tivora send?
Tivora only sends transactional, system-generated emails to registered users — including account verification, password resets, login OTP codes, invoice receipts, workflow notifications, and system alerts. We do not send marketing or promotional emails of any kind, and we never send unsolicited messages to non-users.
Can I integrate Tivora with other tools?
Yes. Tivora offers a REST API and native integrations with popular tools including QuickBooks, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and Zapier. Enterprise plans also support custom webhook integrations and SSO.
How many users can I add?
Our Starter plan supports up to 10 users. The Professional plan supports up to 50 users, and our Enterprise plan provides unlimited users with custom pricing. You can add or remove users at any time, and billing adjusts accordingly at your next billing cycle.

Tivora Systems is committed to responsible email practices. This policy governs all electronic communications sent from our platform.

📋 Summary: What Emails Does Tivora Send?

Tivora Systems sends only transactional, system-generated emails to registered users of the platform. We do not provide email marketing services, bulk email services, or any third-party email delivery capabilities. All emails are strictly operational and directly related to each user's registered account activity.

1. Permitted Email Types

All emails sent by Tivora Systems are limited to the following transactional categories and are sent only to users with active registered accounts:

  • Account Verification Emails: Sent upon account registration to verify the user's email address.
  • Password Reset Emails: Sent only when a user initiates a password reset request.
  • Login OTP Authentication: One-time passcode emails for two-factor authentication, sent only upon the user's login attempt.
  • Invoice Receipts: Sent to platform users and their designated recipients upon invoice generation or payment confirmation.
  • Workflow Notifications: System alerts for tasks assigned, approvals requested, deadlines approaching, or workflow state changes — sent only to users with active participation in the relevant workflow.
  • System Alerts: Critical account notifications including security events, service status updates, and billing confirmations.

2. Prohibited Email Practices

Tivora Systems strictly prohibits the following. Our platform cannot be used for, and we do not engage in, any of the following activities:

  • Sending unsolicited commercial email (spam) to any individual
  • Sending promotional or marketing emails to non-registered users
  • Harvesting, purchasing, or using third-party email lists
  • Sending bulk email communications of any kind
  • Email spoofing, phishing, or any form of deceptive communication
  • Sending emails to individuals who have not consented to receive communications from us

3. CAN-SPAM Act Compliance

All electronic communications originating from Tivora Systems comply fully with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. § 7701). Specifically:

  • Our emails accurately identify Tivora Systems, Inc. as the sender
  • Subject lines accurately describe the content and purpose of each email
  • Every email includes our physical mailing address: 1201 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22209, United States
  • Every non-transactional email includes a clear mechanism to opt out of further non-essential communications
  • We honor all opt-out requests within 10 business days

4. GDPR Compliance for Email Communications

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, all email communications from Tivora Systems are sent under one of the following legal bases under GDPR:

  • Contract Performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): Transactional emails such as account verification, password resets, OTP authentication, and invoice receipts are necessary for the performance of our service contract with the user.
  • Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): System alerts related to account security and service continuity are sent under legitimate interests, with appropriate safeguards.

Users may exercise their rights under GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of their personal data by contacting us at contact@tivorasystems.us.

5. Unsubscribe and Email Preferences

While most emails sent by Tivora Systems are transactional and required for the operation of your account (and therefore cannot be fully disabled without terminating your account), users may adjust their notification preferences from within the platform's Account Settings panel.

Optional workflow notification emails — such as task reminders and status update digests — can be disabled at any time from the Notification Preferences page in your account dashboard.

To request removal of your contact information from all future communications, or to close your account and have your data deleted, email contact@tivorasystems.us with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

6. Abuse Reporting

If you believe you have received an unsolicited, fraudulent, or abusive email that appears to originate from Tivora Systems or uses our platform name, please report it immediately to our dedicated abuse reporting address:
